Well, it's been raining pretty much all day here in Leh and we're mostly just bundled up in down and raincoats waiting it out. We did take a short moto ride up the valley just to explore the outskirts of town a little more. The moto has been really great for us, and yes, we are being very careful. There's actually very little traffic on most of the roads around the valley outside of "the gauntlet" between Leh and Choglamsar. Nichole took some video of that which we will post at some point. We've also been hanging out with our friend Craig, which has been fun.

Great to see some pics of real glaciers at last. Hard to imagine how high the pass was that you traversed and how narrow the road. Stomach in the mouth stuff and make the old Oh My God road look like a kindergarten stroll. Fantastic shots of some of the locals.. great that you have the new camera for those shots. Its a different people in those high places.
