Bogota bike tour

We took a bike tour around the city on Sunday with Mike from Bogota Bike Tours. He did a great job, and really made for a fun and interesting experience. Every Sunday is "ciclovia" where 120km of Bogota's main streets are closed to cars so people can enjoy cycling and walking. Additionally, there are a lot of dedicated bike paths around the city too. Very cool!
























went on a bike tour of bogota today with an awesome guide and a great group of companions. we rode from 10:30 until 4:30 with street food stops along the way. one of the highlights was stopping at the mercado and eating more new-to-me fruits. holy fruity nirvana!

Bogota, Colombia

We had a smooth connection of flights from Denver (via Oklahoma City and Houston) to Bogotá. A bit of a long day, but easy and smooth. Today we just took it easy, caught up on work and wandered around our local neighborhood a little.
